BIO
Eli Grant didn’t come from the wrestling world — and that’s exactly why he was hired.
A slick, sharp-tongued television producer from Los Angeles, Grant was brought into FWL by Gavin Beck, Marshall’s son, to push back against the old-school mentality embodied by Dutch McCoy. Where Dutch believes in tradition, Eli believes in traction. He doesn’t care about wristlocks or road stories — he cares about what pops, what trends, and what sells.
In the production truck, Eli has final say on presentation, pacing, and creative direction. He’s the architect of FWL’s soap-operatic chaos — rapid-fire swerves, viral cliffhangers, and promos built for algorithms. To the locker room, he’s polarizing: the younger talent sees opportunity, the veterans see interference. But like it or not, if you want screen time, you play Eli’s game.
He’s not here to protect wrestling’s past — he’s here to exploit its future.
